Here I am, trying yet another trick to get me organized and moving. Funny, but sometimes I think my “tricks” are actually more ways to procrastinate. I mean honestly, if I feel I don’t have time to do xyz then how do/will I have time to blog? Oh well, we’ll see if it works or if it ends up another abandoned project.
Starting off slow…just going to say I actually got on the elliptical today – for 10 minutes. I wasn’t quite prepared. Couldn’t find any shoes to wear so wore my old ratty tennis shoes that badly need replacing. Had to move a BUNCH of junk (papers, bags of stuff, clothing, blankets, etc.) from around the darn thing so I could actually use it! I didn’t have water…did I forget you need to hydrate when working out? Apparently I did. Baby steps.
The key is to get back up on it tomorrow. The bigger hurdle, to do so again on Tuesday when I go back to work. UGH!
So here I go…vowing to myself to get organized in all areas of my life in 2012. No more procrastination!!!
