Happy Thanksgiving

I know you’re not all in the United States, so it may not be Thanksgiving for you. But everyday is a good day to give thanks for the family and friends who make your life better.

My wish for my American friends is that you have a peaceful day and are able to find a your own personal way to celebrate. It’s different this year. We’re all well aware of that fact. But we also have so many options we didn’t have just a handful of years ago. Facetime, Zoom, etc. May you find what works for you and your family.

For all of you out there, no matter where you live, I’m thankful for you. This year has been a shit show. While my family has been the largest support system, books and blogs have helped me get through, too. My escape from the madness, so to speak.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

About Cheri

I'm the mom of two boys and wife to my high school sweetheart. Our oldest, Josh, is living at home while working and paying off student loans. Our youngest, Griffin recently left his active duty Army job and is now National Guard here at home. He moved back to Michigan with his wife Kirsten and our beautiful granddaughter Hazel. I work part time and try to fit as much reading into my life as possible.
