TTT: Favorite Places to Read

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. There is a new topic each week for bloggers to join in with their own top ten. If you’re looking for some new or different book blogs to read, hop on over to her site and check out some of the links.

I was so excited to do a Top Ten Tuesday after not doing one all summer. I had plans, people. Pictures I was going to take of the snuggly nooks and sunny scenery that make up my Favorite Places to Read. Alas, as with most things I attempt, I ran out of time. So what you get is a collage of old pictures that make me think of comfortable reading situations.

To be perfectly honest, I get most of my reading done in bed. I have issues with sleep. Reading often helps me. Sometimes it’s a hinderance though, if I just cannot put the book down. I’m sure you all know what that’s like. Just one more chapter…

About Cheri

I'm the mom of two boys and wife to my high school sweetheart. Our oldest, Josh, is living at home while working and paying off student loans. Our youngest, Griffin recently left his active duty Army job and is now National Guard here at home. He moved back to Michigan with his wife Kirsten and our beautiful granddaughter Hazel. I work part time and try to fit as much reading into my life as possible.

  1. Love to read outdoors.

I told my story today in photos. Interesting how we have so many photos of ourselves reading. I wonder if most people do.

I’ve seen “bed” on almost every list I’ve read today. It’s a popular place to read and, no wonder, it’s so comfy!

    Happy TTT!

When you get the chance, I hope you stop by my post:

  5. I love to read poolside with a margarita and chips and guacamole beside me.
