He wants to dominate her senses—and her heart…
Quinton Ross has always been a thrill-seeker—so it’s no surprise that he’s drawn to extremes in the bedroom and at his play club, Blasphemy, where he creates sense-depriving scenarios that blow submissives’ minds. Now if he could just find one who needs the rush as much as him…
Cassia Locke hasn’t played at Blasphemy since a caving accident left her with a paralyzing fear of the dark. Ready to fight, she knows just who to ask for help—the hard-bodied, funny-as-hell Dom she’d always crushed on—and once stood up.
Quinton is shocked and a little leery to see Cassia, but he can’t pass up the chance to dominate the alluring little sub this time. Introducing her to sensory deprivation becomes his new favorite obsession, and watching her fight fear is its own thrill. But when doubt threatens to send her running again, Quinton must find a way to master her senses—and her heart.
As with the first story in this series, this is not a very long story. Yet I feel I got more out of this one. The connection between Quinton and Cassia is very sweet. Don’t get me wrong, there are some intense scenes with Blasphemy being a BDSM club. The author finds a nice balance between the intense and the sweet, which helps the chemistry shine through.
On top of the beautiful relationship Cassia and Quinton are developing, Cassia is also the sister of one of the Raven Riders so we get a quick visit with them. And I adore the Raven Riders series. It’s written in a way that is organic to this story so you don’t have to have read the other series. But if you did, it’s a nice addition.
The tools Quinton uses to help Cassia face her fears are sexy and thoughtful and really brought home the fact that he’s a wonderful Dom. He can definitely bring his alpha male Dom out when he needs to, but he’s also a lot of fun and I enjoyed the light moments this couple had throughout the story.
Belatedly, I will be going back to the introduction novella to this series. I somehow missed that story when I was reading the Hard Ink series and it’s connected to both. I’m really getting invested in the owners of Blasphemy and want to see them all get the HEAs they deserve.

Wonderful review. I read and enjoyed this book too.
