Spell the Month in Books – June 2022

My inspiration for my Spell the Month in Books posts came from Reviews from the Stacks, where they host a monthly linkup on the second Saturday of every month. Although I don’t follow their timeline of posting or really join any linkup, I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I saw several different bloggers participating and that led me to their posts.

Can you believe it’s June? The weather here in Michigan has finally started giving us more than one day at a time of nice weather. In fact, it was a scorcher this past weekend. Although we’re supposed to go back to the 70s today and for the next week or so. Some actual spring weather in spring instead of winter or summer weather in spring. Huh! Not used to that.

Since the weather is warming up, I went with some steamy books for this month. They are all books I loved, but none of them are actually 5-star ratings from me. Yet I consider them all, for different reasons, must-read books.

In case this is your first time reading one of my Spell the Month in Books posts let me tell you, if I have a review of the chosen book on the blog or Goodreads, you can find the review by clicking on the title.

About Cheri

I'm the mom of two boys and wife to my high school sweetheart. Our oldest, Josh, is living at home while working and paying off student loans. Our youngest, Griffin recently left his active duty Army job and is now National Guard here at home. He moved back to Michigan with his wife Kirsten and our beautiful granddaughter Hazel. I work part time and try to fit as much reading into my life as possible.
